Posted on October 29th, 2009 No Comments

The trial began today for a member of the Mosinee school board who is being charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle. The man was driving on I-39 last Sunday when he rolled over his SUV, killing his wife and his 12-year-old daughter.

The man’s blood alcohol content has not been made public, and there is some doubt that it was even taken at the scene. Police have said that alcohol was present at the scene.
